For The Love of Ketchup Challenge
Hello, my name is Lex and I've been on Tiktok for over 2 years now. I regularly post videos and host lives on educating others around topics such as misogyny, VAWG and Mental Health.
Welcome to my journey ‘For the Love of Ketchup’. From the age of 5 when I first had that dip, without this sauce, I wouldn’t eat another chip. Aside from ketchup, my other passion has always been helping and supporting others. This is my first major charity event where I hope you too can become a member of this Sauce-iety.
The aim is to raise £1 million, yes ONE MILLION
POUNDS where 75% will be donated across five
different charities and the other 25% will help me
to fund and continue my journey in educating young
people and spreading the awareness across multiple
platforms.
The 5 Charities that have been chosen are:
MIND: Mental Health
Women's Aid: Domestic Abuse
Prostate Cancer UK: Men's Health
LGBTQ Foundation: Health & Well-being
UNICEF - Support for Children in Gaza
So how does it work?
The map shows the journey in which we all go on together. Each milestone tally of donations will lead to a challenge that I complete which of course, somehow will involve ketchup, the challenges are below:
1. (£50) Ketchup Food Request (Comment with food combinations and ketchup, which I eat (Yummy)
2. (£100) Ketchup Facemask (Everyone needs pampering at times)
3. (£150) Write a poem about Ketchup and tag Heinz (Let's get their attention)
4. (£250) Wear ONLY red for a whole week (Get on theme)
5. (£500) Brush my teeth with Ketchup instead of toothpaste (Give those teeth a treat)
6. (£1,000) Podcast Episode dressed as a Ketchup Bottle (Seize the day)
7. (£2,500) Putting Ketchup Pun Post it notes on Ketchup bottles around stores (Will you find one)
8. (£5,000) Send in your Ketchup Character Designs (Chance of being illustrated in a Children's book)
9. (£10,000) Nails Painted Ketchup Theme (Nails on fleek)
10. (£25,000) Ketchup Bucket Challenge (Fancy a dunk?)
11. (£50,000) Walk a mile in shoes with Ketchup in them (Squelch)
12. (£100,000) Turn up at Heinz Headquarters for a sponsorship deal (Sign me up)
13. (£250,000) Publish a Children's book about Ketchup (Is your character there?)
14. (£500,000) Dye my hair Ketchup red (Hair we go)
15. (£1,000,000) Get a permanent Tattoo of a Ketchup Related Theme (Time to get inked)

Along the journey from challenges 5-15 I will be hiding random notes of money in tiny Ketchup Bottles around London! I will video where I hide them and upload them to my TikTok (Lex_Therapy) anyone has the chance to find them - Good luck!
Every few days I will update the roadmap with the total amount donated and the top 9 donators will have their own personalised house on the map! At the end of the journey the top 9 individual donators will go into a prize draw and the winner will also receive a unique reward for a family holiday!!
