Anti-Misogyny Educator

Hello and welcome.

Approximately 3 years ago I was challenged on some misogynistic views that I held. From that point forward, I went on a journey learning, unpacking and understanding how and why I had come to some of those beliefs.

As a qualified psychotherapist, my professional work has also helped me deepen this personal journey. I've witnessed how these rigid gender roles and unexamined attitudes towards women can affect men's emotional lives, relationships and sense of self. This has lead me to understand how tackling misogyny is not just a social or moral task, but a psychological one too.

Today, my focus is on helping young men navigate the same journey I went on of self-awareness, growth and responsibility. I believe that the real change starts with education, by teaching boys and men to recognize how misogyny manifests, how it is harmful to everyone and how they can be active in dismantling it. I aim to create safe spaces where men can explore how misogyny affects them and those around them and learn more authentic ways of relating.

My goal is to equip the next generation with the emotional tools and understanding needed to build relationships rooted in respect, equality and empathy.
